LVR - Before Picture This patient had vaginal relaxation and redundant labia which were cosmetically unappealing.	LVR - After Picture Note the slit-like orifice and reinforced perineum. The clitoris remains untouched but extra skin in the area has been reduced. This patient also had designer laser vaginoplasty resulting in aesthetically contoured labia.
